Refund and Exchanges


It is our constant endeavor to deliver your orders on time.

Within India – Our general delivery time frame is 3-7 business days. In case of manufacturing delays, we might take 10-15 business days.

International – From the time of shipping, your orders will take about 10-15 days to reach you.

In case your order doesn’t reach you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at . We will try our best to resolve your issues.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to the return address mentioned on the packet/product.


Our returns policy lasts for 5 days. If more than 5 days have passed since the delivery, we apologize, but we are no longer able to process a refund or exchange. Please submit your return request for the product within 48 hours of receiving it by contacting us at

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the return address mentioned on the packet/product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The deduction from your refund/exchange will be based on either ₹300 or the actual transit and delivery cost incurred, whichever is greater.

If you are returning an expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
